How do Banana AI subscription credits work?
Each image generation costs a minimum of 2 credits (Standard model) or 6 credits (Pro model). With our monthly subscription plans, you receive a set number of credits that refresh each month. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month, encouraging regular use of our service.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Yes — within 7 days we refund the unused portion only (refund = price paid − used credits × per-credit rate). No refunds after 7 days. Contact our support team for a refund.
Can I change (upgrade, downgrade, or cancel) my subscription?
Upgrade: Takes effect immediately. Extra credits for the current billing cycle are available right away. Downgrade: Applies next billing cycle. Cancel: You can turn off auto-renew any time; access remains until the end of the current billing period.
Do my credits expire?
Subscription credits refresh monthly and do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Credit pack purchases are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Each month, subscription users receive their full credit allocation regardless of previous usage.
What happens if I exceed my monthly credit limit?
Once you've used all your monthly credits, image generation will be paused until your next billing cycle when credits refresh. You can upgrade to a higher plan for more monthly credits or wait for the automatic refresh. We'll notify you when you're running low on credits.
